Joe, a San Francisco native, learned early on that good was not good enough. He wanted this philosophy to drive the Clean-A-Rama model. At Clean-A-Rama we strive to exceed the expectations of our clients on a daily basis. We take a more personalized approach with our clients, and customize our program to exceed their expectations. Joe constantly challenges the team to find unique and efficient ways to solve even the most minimal challenge. One example of our sustainability efforts is exterior window cleaning during the drought. In an effort to conserve water we used a mostly dry cleaning process for exterior window cleaning, this technique allows us to clean exterior windows of dried dirt and debris and using only small amounts of simple soap and water on the lower level."
Growing up in San Francisco, Joe attended Sacred Heart College Preparatory where he graduated with honors. Joe went on to attend college at University of San Francisco where he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Business Management. Joe joined Clean-A-Rama shortly thereafter and helped build the company that was established back in the early 1930's. Joe worked hard, advanced to business partner, and eventually took over as sole proprietor. Today, Clean-A-Rama cleans and maintains many Marquee properties in the Bay Area market and beyond. Their trained team of over 150 janitors and specialty cleaners help service over 5 million square feet.
